RepoSync is a new feature in the next Cameyo 2.6 version. It allows IT administrators to synchronize (deploy / remove) virtual applications from a shared network folder. Applications are copied to local machine’s VOS directory, and their shortcuts & associations are created to provide a look & feel similar to that of an installed application.

The repository can include sub-directories to help organize virtual applications by category.

Virtual applications can be targeted to specific user groups by setting Active Directory permissions on virtual apps (see previous blog post).
